Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Acelia, an AI-powered SMS assistant ("Service") operated by Naglapur Media LLC ("we," "our," or "us") at acelia.io.
By signing up for Acelia or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SMS Program Description
Description: Acelia sends AI-generated text messages to help you manage tasks, set reminders, and stay focused on your goals.
Message frequency: Varies based on your preferences and interactions. You may receive multiple messages per day.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message.

Eligibility
To use Acelia, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Reside in the United States or another supported country
- Provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
SMS Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number and completing the sign-up process, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Acelia at the phone number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers.
Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must notify us immediately at nikhil@enumedia.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments and Billing
Acelia may offer paid subscription plans after a free trial period. When you are ready to subscribe, Acelia will send you a secure Stripe payment link via SMS. All payment processing takes place on Stripe's hosted page -- we never see or store your card details.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe's hosted payment links
- We receive only a payment confirmation and Stripe customer ID -- no raw card data
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Acelia to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Send spam or unsolicited communications to others through the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service for any unlawful commercial purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms without prior notice.
AI-Generated Content
Acelia uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation
- Acelia is a productivity assistant, not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
- You are solely responsible for how you act on information provided by the Service
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and technology associated with Acelia is owned by Naglapur Media LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Acelia via SMS. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naglapur Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naglapur Media LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at nikhil@enumedia.com or by replying STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
